Jacob Hagan Drainage District Engineer

Jacob Hagan, P.E.

Co-Founder & Principal 

With over a decade of experience, Jacob brings practical engineering expertise and a passion for improving Iowa's drainage infrastructure. A licensed professional engineer and Iowa State University graduate, he lives on his family's farm near Bayard in Guthrie County with his wife and four children.

Tyler Buman Drainage District Engineer

Tyler Buman

Co-founder & Principal

Tyler is an engineer-in-training and has experience in agricultural drainage design and construction. He earned his degree in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University and grew up on his family's century farm west of Harlan in Shelby County. He lives in Woodward with his fiancée.

Shelby Meeker Drainage District Engineer

Shelby Meeker

Water Quality Specialist 

Shelby holds a master's degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from South Dakota State University and a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University. Her experience includes wetland design, water quality, bioreactors, and conservation practices. She lives on an acreage near Maxwell with her husband and a variety of farm animals.

Brett Ingraham

Field Specialist

Brett brings more than 20 years of experience in agricultural drainage construction as a drainage tile and ditch contractor. His extensive field knowledge provides valuable insight during project planning and construction. He lives on an acreage near Kamrar and also is involved in a farming operation.
